Happy Pride! We’re so thrilled to celebrate with you.  

This week, we want to use the digest to center three important stories:

1. A Ghana court denied the bail for 21 detained LGBT activists

2. A transgender Salvadoran has been killed despite a long search for safety

3. A Manitoba gay couple lost their fight to have 1974 marriage validated 

The journey to Pride is still an ongoing struggle for many people across the world. While we party, it’s also important to protest for the inclusion of all people - regardless of where you live.

Let’s continue to fight for a world where all have the opportunity to have Pride in themselves and live a life of freedom.
